Not exactly what I expected

The breakfast was tasty , and the view was outstanding. My room had a lovely balcony, and the staff provided great information about local sights. Sitting by the lobby fireplace was a charming touch!

Getting to the hotel was quite a hassle due to landslides, and it required climbing a set of stairs that was a bit daunting at times. Dining options in-house felt limited compared to local alternatives.

However, noise from nearby restaurants often disrupted our peaceful nights, making it difficult to fully relax during our stay. Soundproofing would greatly enhance comfort.

The hotel offered stunning views of the mountains, making our family stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with tasty options that pleased everyone. The staff were friendly and attentive, with one, May, going above and beyond to prepare a buggy for our family of six to ensure we made it to our transport on time.

My kids wished for more soundproofing in the rooms to block out noise from nearby restaurants and activities at night.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a vast selection of hot and cold food, perfect for fueling our family adventures! ! Also, the buggy service was a lifesaver. After a long day, it was fantastic to have an easy ride back to the lobby from the pool!

It was not inexpensive, but still quite reasonable for the quality.

Loved the cozy log fire in the lounge and the stunning views from the balcony. The massage at the spa was delightful and very relaxing!

Excellent spa facilities with attentive staff. The walking tours were enjoyable and well-organized. Unfortunately, the access road had a landslide, making it a bit tricky to reach the hotel comfortably.

I had a fab time here! The staff were super friendly, especially Ms. Mai Thi Thua who helped with all my travel needs. The room had a lovely view, and the restaurant served delicious food. Just wish the train ride back was smoother—it was a bit bumpy. But overall, a great stay!
